Common Returns Questions

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns received within 30 days of order; items must not have been worn and must be in original packaging.

We offer one free exchange shipping per order. For refunds we charge the return shipping which will be deducted from your refund. Returns of exchanged items cannot be exchanged again. We do not refund shipping fees.

We must receive the items you are returning for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the initial purchase. If we do not receive your items within the 30 day window we will no longer accept the exchange or return. 

How soon will I get my refund or exchange? 

Once the returned items have reached our warehouse and have been reviewed by our staff, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 2-4 business days.

If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order once you turn the original order over to the post office to ship back to us.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Worn items.
  • Exchanged items.
  • International (non US) orders.
